The service
VisaLK helps travellers prepare and submit applications for the Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). We are an independent concierge, not the Sri Lanka government. We do not issue visas — the Sri Lanka Department of Immigration & Emigration does.
What we promise
We will (a) check your inputs against published Sri Lanka ETA rules, (b) submit a complete and correct application on your behalf within 24 hours of payment, and (c) email you the official approved ETA PDF the moment Sri Lanka issues one.
What we cannot promise
ETA approval is at the sole discretion of Sri Lanka Immigration. We cannot guarantee approval and cannot influence the decision.
Fees, refunds, and government fees
Our service fee is non-refundable once an application has been submitted to eta.gov.lk. If the government rejects your application, the gov fee (where applicable) is not refundable by Sri Lanka and therefore not refundable by us. If we fail to submit within 72 hours because of an error on our side, we will refund the full amount.
Your responsibilities
You must give us accurate passport and travel information. Submitting forged, altered, or someone else's documents is a criminal offence in Sri Lanka and we will cooperate with Sri Lanka authorities if asked.

Liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected application. We are not liable for losses arising from a denied entry, a missed flight, or any decision by Sri Lanka Immigration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
