Who we are
VisaLK is operated by JK Innovations Pvt Ltd, a software company based in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. We're an independent concierge — not a government office, not affiliated with eta.gov.lk — but we work alongside their system every day on behalf of travellers around the world.
Why we exist
The official Sri Lanka ETA portal works, but it is unforgiving: one typo, an unclear photo, or a mismatched MRZ line and the form rejects you. We built VisaLK because friends visiting Sri Lanka kept asking us for the same favour — please check this for me before I submit. So we automated that favour: AI reads your passport and ticket, our team verifies the details, and we submit on your behalf within 24 hours.
What we believe
Travel paperwork should not be stressful. Government interfaces should be human. And the people building tools that touch real identity documents have a duty to treat that data the way they would want theirs treated — encrypted, audited, deleted on schedule, never sold.
